Just three days before a significant price increase takes effect, Dr. Monday Ubani SAN, a prominent legal practitioner, has secured another plot in the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme. Interested buyers can reserve a plot with a 50% deposit, which also shields them from the impending price hike. The remaining balance can be paid in installments over a period of up to two years.
The scheme also offers a 5% facilitator’s or agency fee for individuals who refer others to participate in the initiative.
Prospective buyers are invited to join site visits daily from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, starting Wednesday, February 5th, 2025. The meeting point is at the VON/Trademore Estate Junction along the Airport Road in Abuja.
The estate, located beneath the scenic Galadimawa Hills, is already built-up and livable, making it an attractive option for those looking to build residential homes, rental properties, staff housing, or Airbnb businesses. The expressway leading to the estate was recently flagged off by the FCT Minister on December 5th, with a six-month delivery timeline.
