The National Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Mr. Daniel Kip, has sent goodwill message to the Nigerian Bar Association, Doyen Bar, on the occasion of its 2022 Law Week.
Kip, in a statement made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, hails the theme of the week, “WE THE PEOPLE”, for being a vexed constitutional issue that affects Nigeria’s structure
He said, “I most heartily felicitate with my beloved branch, the Doyen Bar on the occasion of her Bar Week.
“Indeed the theme of the program; WE THE PEOPLE, resonates so deeply in me especially as it has become pertinent for a constitutional rethink in almost every facet of our National structure.”
The lawyer also prays for fruitful deliberations at the Bar Week hoping that the outcome will form part of proposals to nation building and will result in consciousness on the need to restructure the country
“I hope that deliberations ensuing from this discourse will form part of a proposal to nation building.
“I am certain that this discourse will birth a deep consciousness for the need to broaden and restructure our nation.
“I wish us all a wonderful week.” Kip said.
