Nigerian Bar Association on Saturday, had a health walk to mark its 2021 law Week. 

The walk was led by Dr. Hauwa Shekarau – Chairman of the branch, Mela Audu Nunghi SAN, Commissioner for lands Gombe State, Y. C. SAN, Steve Emelieze, Prince Adetosoye, Afam Okeke, Past chairman of branch Abimbola Kayode and Chidi Udekwe.

The health walk kicked off at 7 am and afterward there was a friendly football match between the Unity Bar and the Supreme Court teams. The football match took place at 9 am at Junkyard Football Pitch. The match ended with Unity Bar Team 3 – Supreme Court Team 1.

The immediate past chairman of the branch, Abimbola Kayode donated three footballs to the Unity Bar team as a reward for defeating the Supreme Court team.
