*Says Interested Delegates Should Send Email On Or Before 10th Sept.

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Technical Committee on Conference Planning (TCCP) has issued an update regarding hotel accommodation and flight reservations ahead of the Annual Conference scheduled to hold from October, 22, 2021 to October 29, 2021 at Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

In a Notice made available to TheNigeriaLawyer signed by its Chairman, O. V. Briggs and Secretary,. Soibi Ovia, the TCCP says it has partnered with NACO Logistics Ltd to provide hotel accommodation at a discounted rate and is currently in talks with Airlines for possible discount flight rates.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

• TCCP is in partnership with NACO Logistics Limited with respect to hotel accommodation during the Conference at discounted rates and delegates are advised to make hotel reservations through NACO Logistics Limited. For hotel reservations through NACO Logistics Limited, please call 08061482888 or send an email to support@nacobooking.com. Details of recommended hotels are available on our conference website; www.nbaconference.com.

• Please note that with respect to hotels advertised in relation to NACO Logistics, the discounted rates shall apply to only delegates who made reservations through NACO Logistics.

• Currently, we are negotiating with some airlines with a view to getting discounted rates for delegates who intend to fly to Port Harcourt for the Conference from Lagos, Abuja, Benin and Kano. Any delegate interested in this arrangement should send an email to AGCflightreservation@nigerianbar.org.ng on or before Friday, the 10th of September 2021 and furnish the TCCP with the following information:

✓ Full name (as contained on Identity Card).
✓ Airport of departure (Lagos, Abuja, Benin or Kano).
✓ Proposed date of departure from base.
✓ Proposed date of departure from Port Harcourt/Return Date.
✓ Phone number/Whatsapp number.
✓ Whether physically challenged and in need of assistance from the airline; if yes, the nature of assistance needed

• FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, only members who have completed their registration for the Conference by fully paying the registration fees for the Conference (Delegates) shall be entitled to the discounted rates with respect to hotels and flights.
