2018 NBA Elections: Obi Okafor v. NBA, Ors: Court Grants Order For Service of Processes Via Substituted Means

The Order was given in the case between Arthur Obi Okafor, SAN v. NBA and 36 Ors with suit no: FCT/CV/2018 wherein the applicant had asked the court for an order of the honourable court granting leave to the Applicant to serve the originating process in the matter on the defendants, save Crenet Techlabs limited, being the 6th defendant and Chams PLC being the 7th by substituted means on the General Secretary or any officer in his office DHL Nig Ltd or United Parcel Service as special bailiff to general secretary, Nigeria Bar Association so that the pendency of the suit can reasonably be brought to their attention. Granting the motion ex-parte with motion no: M/9834/18 filed by the claimant/applicant on 2nd October, 2018, the Court per Hon. Justice O. A. Adeniyi set down the suit before him to the 13th day of November 2018 for a report of service.
