Mrs. Lyna Okara Esq. has been named among the latest allottees in the Lawyers’ Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme in Abuja.

The organisers of the scheme also announced a ₦1 million discount on the last ten promotional plots available under the project.

According to the announcement, interested subscribers can secure a plot with a 50 per cent deposit, while the balance may be spread over two years through monthly instalments.

The organisers said payment of the initial deposit also shields subscribers from any future price increase.

They added that allottees can build on their plots and obtain their Certificates of Occupancy, C of O.

The scheme also allows subscribers to develop flats for tenants, create an extra income stream, or build staff quarters.

Although the scheme is targeted at lawyers, the organisers said non-lawyers are also welcome to subscribe.

Interested persons are invited to join the discount group through the WhatsApp link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/JMhDajGlOw5F75g79ljpEy?mode=gi_t

The organisers also announced a five per cent facilitator’s fee for anyone who refers a successful subscriber.

Further inspections and allocations have been scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Sunday, May 10, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Interested persons are advised to book appointments suitable to their schedules.

The meeting point and temporary entrance is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

For further enquiries, interested subscribers may visit Suite A8, Kenuj O2 Mall, behind Games Village, Abuja, or call/chat 08060266163 and 08050489622.
