In Nigeria, every company must after registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, paint its name and Registration number on the outside of its business premises.
PENALTY FOR FAILING
Every director in the company shall be liable to a fine of N100 for every day which the Company name is not so kept.
The company is also liable to like fine.
