American reality television star, Porsha Williams, has reportedly secured a major divorce settlement from her Nigerian-born ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, including full ownership of their former Atlanta marital home, a seven-figure equity reimbursement and the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

According to court documents, Guobadia agreed to the settlement terms during an August 5 hearing, bringing an end to the remaining issues in the former couple’s divorce.
Williams was said to have taken full ownership of the Atlanta mansion through a quitclaim deed after Guobadia transferred his interest in the property to her.
Under the agreement, Williams is also entitled to about $1,568,181.63 as reimbursement from Guobadia’s share of the home’s equity.
The settlement also gives her the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
With the property now transferred to her, Williams has full authority to refinance the home or sell it in a commercially reasonable manner without the involvement of Guobadia or an arbitrator.
The former couple confirmed the settlement terms under oath before the court, with Williams telling the judge that the agreement resolved all outstanding issues between them.
Williams and Guobadia married in November 2022, but the marriage collapsed after about 15 months, with Williams filing for divorce in February 2024.
Their relationship had earlier drawn public attention because Guobadia first appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as the husband of Falynn Pina, who had been introduced on the show as Williams’ friend.
After Guobadia and Pina publicly separated in April 2021, Williams reportedly contacted him to express sympathy over the marital split. Their relationship quickly developed, and the pair announced both their romance and engagement in May 2021.
The divorce settlement comes months after Guobadia was detained by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Lumpkin, Georgia.
Guobadia, who reportedly lived in the United States for 42 years, spent about four months in an ICE detention facility before he was deported to Nigeria.
Speaking after the deportation, Guobadia said he felt targeted, especially because the immigration action occurred while he was involved in what he described as a contentious divorce.
Following reports of Williams’ settlement victory, Guobadia appeared to suggest that she also inherited substantial debt.
In a post on his Instagram Stories, he wrote: “They forgot to mention they also inherited $8,000,000 in debt & still got to pay me.”
The latest development marks a significant legal win for Williams, who now controls the former marital property and is set to receive the agreed reimbursement and luxury vehicle title under the divorce settlement.
