The Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme has announced a two-day countdown to the end of its Christmas discount offer, urging legal practitioners and members of the public to take advantage of the opportunity to acquire land in Abuja.

In a statement by the Administrator of Lawyers In Business Institute, Chief Silas E. Agbara, Esq., the scheme disclosed that plots belonging to several subscribers, including Chief Losuala Emmanuel Nwagbara, Esq., have already been decked, with construction of flats for staff and tenants continuing on the estate.

Chief Agbara, who is also a Senior Associate at M.I Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the NBA (National) Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, stated that a 50 per cent deposit secures a plot and shields subscribers from the price increment scheduled for January 1, 2026, adding that the balance can be spread over two years in monthly installments.

The scheme also offers a five per cent facilitator’s fee to individuals who refer new subscribers.

“Own a piece of Abuja and build other income streams via rent, lease, conveyancing, AIRBNB apartments and so on. It is imperative for our survival,” Chief Agbara said.

He encouraged senior lawyers to utilise the flexible payment system to build staff quarters for junior colleagues, stating that this would ease their burden and ensure greater productivity.
