The Management of the Nigerian Law School has issued an urgent notice to all papers and reference candidates who are yet to submit their applications to the Examinations and Records Office.

In a notice dated May 4, 2026, the Council of Legal Education, Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja, said it had observed with concern that some resit candidates had not submitted the required applications.

The school directed all affected candidates to ensure that their applications are duly submitted on or before Friday, May 8, 2026.

According to the notice, failure to comply with the directive within the stipulated deadline will lead to disqualification from sitting for the Resit Bar Final Examinations.

The management further clarified that the directive also applies to candidates who will be sitting for only one paper.

“All affected candidates are hereby directed to ensure that their applications are duly submitted on or before Friday, 8th May, 2026,” the notice read.

“Failure to comply with this directive within the stipulated deadline will result in disqualification from sitting for the Resit Bar Final Examinations.

“This directive also applies to candidates who will be sitting for one paper.”

The Nigerian Law School urged all concerned candidates to treat the notice with utmost urgency.

The notice was signed by the Secretary to Council and Director of Administration.
