The Lagos State High Court has restrained Nollywood actress Elizabeth Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing or circulating photographs of the one-year-old son of actress Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

Justice Yetunde Adesanya granted the ex parte order on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Lagos Judicial Division of the High Court in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The suit was instituted by Priscilla Ojo, identified in the court order as Mrs Priscilla Ajoke Ojo Mkambala; her husband, Juma Mussa Mkambala; and their son, Master Rakeem Mkambala.
The court restrained Anjorin, whether acting personally or through her agents, privies, representatives, employees or anyone acting under her authority, from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading or broadcasting photographs of the child on her social-media platforms.
The affected platforms include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
The order specifically covered accounts allegedly linked to Anjorin, including @lizzyanjorin_originallawal, @lizzyanjorin_original, @lizzyanjorin_legal_mrslawal, @yeyemesho_luxuryfabric1 and the Facebook page Lizzyanjorin2.
The court also restrained Anjorin and persons acting under her authority from broadcasting, publishing or posting editorials concerning the applicants on the listed social-media platforms.
The orders will remain in force pending the hearing and determination of the applicants’ substantive motion on notice.
The court held: “An order of this Honourable Court restraining the Respondent either by its agents, privies, representatives, employees, officers or any other person or group of persons howsoever described and/or under the Respondent’s authority from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading and broadcasting the 3rd Applicant’s pictures on the Respondent’s social media pages namely on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok… pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice in this suit.”
It further ordered Anjorin and those acting under her authority to “cease and desist” from broadcasting, publishing or posting editorials concerning the applicants pending the determination of the substantive application.
The order was made ex parte, meaning it was granted at the preliminary stage without Anjorin being heard. It is an interim measure and does not constitute a final determination of the parties’ substantive claims.
Justice Adesanya subsequently directed that the case file be returned to the Registry of the Lagos State High Court for reassignment to the appropriate division.
The order was signed and sealed by the Legal Registrar, Omokhudu-Omahoin Onivenu, and issued under the authority of the court on September 2, 2026.
The dispute followed a series of public statements and social-media exchanges involving Anjorin and the family of Priscilla’s mother, actress Iyabo Ojo.
