Job Title: Secretarial/ ICT Jobs
Location: Abuja
Positions: Senior Manager/Secretary and ICT Graduates
Responsibilities:
ď Supervision of junior secretarial and ICT staff
ď Maintain all personal and professional files, ensuring that a comprehensive filing system is in place.
ď Type and transcribe confidential documents,
ď Taking dictation on various matters
ď Attending to and monitoring enquiries and issues, ensuring that they are brought to the Chairman’s direct attention and where necessary,
ď Referring matters to the appropriate staff for action
ď Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, take messages, schedule appointments Liaising with relevant individuals, external organizations, etc
ď To arrange meetings and prepare agenda
ď To Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, i.e., sort and read mails, draft responses, researching & fact finding and reality testing, maintain network database.
ď Typing and dispatching of all correspondence as instructed
ď Organising and maintaining Chairman’s diary as well as scheduling appointments for the Chairman,
Skills:
⢠Ability to self-manage,
⢠Ability to prioritise,
⢠Ability to manage workload under pressure and tight deadlines
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant post qualification experience with at least 4yearsâ experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Management position. Minimum of four (4) years for ICT Graduates. Masters’ degree from UK, USA and other Western European Universities will be an enormous advantage. A minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
