Former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch, Lateef Omoyemi Akangbe SAN, FCIArB (UK), has extended his goodwill to colleagues as the 2025 NBA Annual General Conference (AGC) in Enugu came to a close.
In a message of felicitation, Akangbe commended the NBA President, the Conference Planning Committee (CPC), and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for delivering what he described as a “memorable gathering of learning, networking, and fellowship.”
He said the Enugu conference once again highlighted the strength of the Bar in fostering professional growth and unity among lawyers across the country.
“As the NBA Annual General Conference in Enugu draws to a close, I wish you all safe travels back to your respective bases. It has been a fulfilling time of learning, networking, and fellowship. I warmly congratulate our President, the Conference Planning Committee and the indefatigable LOC for their outstanding work. Enugu is proud to have hosted such a memorable gathering,” Akangbe stated.
He prayed for journey mercies for all participants, expressing confidence that the knowledge and connections built during the week would contribute positively to their practice and to the advancement of the legal profession.
