RESTRICTION ON SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGE BY CHURCHES/MOSQUES
In Nigeria, it is an offence for a church, mosque or any other place of worship to solemnize the marriage of two persons of same sex.
PENALTY
Persons who administers, witnesses,
abets or aids the solemnization shall be liable to 10 Years Imprisonment.
