The virtual event, scheduled for March 21, 2024, at 3:30 PM WAT (10:30 AM EST), aims to explore the role of mediation in enhancing access to justice and strengthening the justice sector across the African continent.
Godwin Omoaka, SAN, FCIArb, FICMC, President of ICMC, will host the webinar, which features a distinguished panel of speakers and moderators. The keynote speaker is Mary Walker, OAM, a Member of the IBA Committee Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the International ADR Committee.
Other speakers include Professor Joy Ngozi Ezeilo, SAN, OON, Shaun Henriques, Co-Chair of the Mediation Committee at the IBA, and Agada Elachi, SAN, Ph.D., FCIArb (UK), FICMC, and Past President of ICMC.
The webinar will be moderated by Dr. Rosemary Chikwendu, FICMC, Founding Partner at Chikwendu & Chikwendu & Co, and Dr. Adeyemi Agbelusi, FICMC, FCIArb, Principal Partner at Berean Associates.
