The consideration of the national leadership of the Bar was contained in a statement titled ‘PAYMENT OF 2021 ANNUAL BAR PRACTICING FEES AND ATTENDANT BENEFITS: 8 DAYS TO GO’.

The said statement which was signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the NBA, Dr. Rapulu Nduka, and made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, noted that only about eight days was remaining for any such payment, and same should accordingly be used by those yet to pay, so as to enable them practice for the year.

PAYMENT OF 2021 ANNUAL BAR PRACTICING FEES AND ATTENDANT BENEFITS: 8 DAYS TO GO.

Dear Colleague,

As you are aware,  legal practitioners are by law mandated to pay their Annual Bar Practicing Fee (“BPF”) on or before the 31st day of March of every given year.

Effectively, this means that members who are yet to pay their 2021 BPF have only eight (8) more days to do so, effective from today, 23rd March 2021.

As you may already know, payment of the BPF within the prescribed timeframe comes with its attendant benefits, most of which have been shared with you before now.

BPF payments can be made online through your verified membership portal on the NBA website https://nigerianbar.org.ng/membership-portal or at any Access Bank close to you.

Dr.  Rapulu Nduka
Publicity Secretary,
Nigerian Bar Association
