In Nigeria, where a person arrives Nigeria by ship or water vessel, aircraft or motor vehicle is for any reason refused entry into Nigeria, an immigration officer may direct that the Master of the ship, the captain of the aircraft, or the driver of the vehicle to remove the immigrant from Nigeria in that ship, Aircraft or motor vehicle.
The cost of removing the immigrant shall be borne by the owner of the ship, aircraft, motor vehicle, or their agent.
