The Onwusika family of Isu-Ebii village in Oba, Anambra State, has sadly announced the unexpected passing of their beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, in-law, and friend, Barrister Ikenna Victor Onwusika, Esq., fondly known as “Agada Africa.” Onwusika was a prominent lawyer who tragically passed away at the age of 49.

In a heartfelt announcement, the family has unveiled the burial arrangements to honor Onwusika’s life and legacy.

The events will commence with a Service of Songs on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 4 p.m. at the Archbishop Vining Memorial Church Cathedral in Ikeja, Lagos State.

A Christian Wake will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 7 p.m. at Onwusika’s compound in Isu-Ebii Village, Oba, Anambra State.

On Thursday, April 25, 2024, a Lying-in-State ceremony will take place at 7 a.m. at the same compound.

The Burial Service will be held later that day, Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Anglican Church in Oba, Anambra State. Interment will follow immediately after the Burial Service at Onwusika’s compound at 1 p.m.

A Thanksgiving Service is scheduled for Sunday, April 28, 2024, at the Good Shepherd Anglican Church in Oba.

Barrister Ikenna Onwusika was a respected figure in the legal profession, known for his expertise and dedication. His untimely passing has left a profound void in the hearts of his family, colleagues, and friends.
