The Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has directed further investigation into the controversial ownership dispute involving River Park Estate in Abuja,

which has drawn in Nigerian lawyer Abu Arome and three Ghanaian nationals, including renowned businessman and Knight of the British Empire (KBE), Sam Jonah.

The directive was disclosed by the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, during a recent interview with Arise News.

Adejobi clarified that despite earlier reports suggesting that the police had concluded their probe and arraignment was imminent, the matter remains under active investigation.
