Nigerian Law School Opens Application for Special Remedial Course for National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Graduates.

The Council of Legal Education has approved a special Remedial Course to be conducted by the Nigerian Law School for graduates of the National Open University of Nigerian (NOUN) commencing May 3, 2021 at the Headquarters Bwari Abuja.

The application will commence from Monday, March 29, 2021, on the school portal.

Head of information of the Nigeria Law School Mr. Chinedu Ukekwe, speaking with TheNigerialawyer, said that indeed the Council of Legal Education approved Admission for the National Open University graduate to commence remedial program at the School but the Council is still putting modalities in place to see to that.

He also said the programme is only open to Law School graduates from the National Open University of Nigeria and it is only candidates whose particulars have been forwarded to the Nigerian Law School by the Registrar of the Institution and uploaded on the portal are eligible.

Therefore all candidates are therefore advised to confirm that his/her name is on the Nigerian Law School website before proceeding to pay the application fee.

Mr. Chinedu Ukekwe further informed TheNigerialawyer, that the Nigeran Law School is yet to take an official position on the development as the school is currently conducting Bar Part II Examination across the various campuses of the school across the country. However, he assured TheNigerialawyer that the official position of the Council of Legal Education will soon be in the public domain as regards the information making the rounds.

Method of Application
Prospective Applicants are to visit the School website: www.nigerianlawschool.edu.ng Follow the instructions, complete the forms and submit the same online. Thereafter download and print a copy of completed forms A2, B1, and B2.

Downloaded Application forms together with References on applicants MUST be completed and returned to the Nigerian Law School on or before Friday, April 23, 2021. Applicants are to note that late submission of application forms will not be entertained.

They are to further note their Application Numbers as it will be required to check their admission status subsequently.
