The Nigerian Law School has announced that the application process for admission to the 2024 Bar Part I Course will open on Monday, 15th July 2024, and end on Friday, 9th August 2024.

The program is scheduled to commence on Monday, 2nd September 2024, at the Headquarters in Bwari, Abuja.

The Bar Part I Course is open to graduates of Law from Common Law Countries whose Law courses have been approved by the Council of Legal Education. However, degrees obtained through part-time study, Open University, Long Distance Learning, or online modes of study are not recognized for admission to the program.

Prospective applicants are required to visit the Nigerian Law School website at www.nigerianlawschool.edu.ng, complete the application form, and forward it to barpartone2024@nigerianlawschool.edu.ng. Applicants are also required to ensure that their academic transcripts and completed Forms B, B1, and B2 are forwarded directly by their respective universities and employers (if applicable) to reference@nigerianlawschool.edu.ng. The subject of all emails should be the name and application number of the applicant.

The deadline for submitting the application form is Friday, 16th August 2024. Applicants are advised to ensure that their Academic Transcripts and References are sent directly from the official email addresses of their Universities and Employers on or before Friday, 30th August 2024. Late submission of application documents will not be entertained.

Applicants are advised to note their Application Numbers for access to their admission status subsequently.
