The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is working to assist its members who have registered for the upcoming Commonwealth Conference in Malta by facilitating the visa application process through the Italian Embassy.

The NBA is aware that some members prefer to apply for their visas through the Italian Embassy, and in response, the Association is making efforts to ensure a smooth and efficient visa appointment process.

Visa Application Process
To assist interested members, the NBA requests that those who intend to apply through the Italian Embassy provide the following details:

  • Full Name (as in passport)
  • Passport Number
  • Contact Information
  • Proof of Registration for the Commonwealth Conference
  • Proposed Travel Itinerary

Members are kindly requested to submit the above information to Mr. Kazeem Nasir, Director of Protocol and Special Duties, at +2348035894855 or via email at kazeem.nasir@nigerianbar.org.ng by March 3, 2025. The NBA will then coordinate with the relevant consular authorities to assist with appointment scheduling for visa applications.
