The Lagos branch of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has fixed a date in the next coming month to hold its elections.

The Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Mr. Ayodele Akintunde, SAN, disclosed this on Monday, while addressing members of the branch at its general meeting that was held at the High Court Foyer, Igbosere.

Speaking further, Mr Akintunde, SAN, informed members that the Executive Committee of the Branch has fixed the 28th June, 2019, for the branch elections to be held.

He also stated that the guidelines for the elections and the nomination forms will be out on the 15th of May, 2019. 

He also added that the elections will be conducted by electronic voting.
