My attention was last night (about 8pm 24th Aug 2018) drawn to a widely published story about a letter from Paul Usoro SAN to me. In that letter Paul stated that he called me on 23rd August 2018 and that I didn’t take his call. I state categorically that Paul did not call me on 23rd or any other date. I have on my telephone the following Paul’s very active Numbers -0802**77**44 & 08038**44** and none of them is shown on my phone as a missed call. I have no missed call from any unknown Number on 23rd August 2018. I have also noted that the purported media letter was addressed as a joint email to me and Mr Arthur Okafor SAN and sent at 1.59pm on Friday 24th August 2018 and as I have seen from the media publications, the joint email was already in the media by 2.30pm on the 24th August 2018.
