The Constitution Review Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has called on its members to submit proposals and contributions as part of the ongoing review of the NBA Constitution. This initiative, in accordance with Section 25 of the NBA Constitution 2015 (as amended in 2021), aims to align the document with the NBA’s objectives, international best practices, and current realities.

Members are encouraged to submit their contributions in the form of memoranda addressing any aspect of the constitution that could benefit from revisions. Proposals should be detailed and geared towards enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of the NBA Constitution in serving its members and the legal profession.

Submissions can be made either:

  • Physically: At the National Secretariat, NBA House, Plot 1101 Muhammadu Buhari Way, Central Business District, Abuja, FCT.
  • Electronically: Via email to constitutionreview@nigerianbar.org.ng.

The deadline for submission is March 31, 2025.
