MANUFACTURE OF FOOD ETC, UNDER UNSANITARY CONDITION
In Nigeria, no person shall under unsanitary conditions manufacture, prepare, preserve, package or store for the purpose of selling, any food, drug or cosmetic.
Fine of not less than N50,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceed-
ing two (2) years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
