The Lawyers in Business Institute (LIBI) has announced the commencement of construction for thirteen new buildings, specifically designed for Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs), judges, lawyers, and other professionals, as part of its Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme.

The project will break ground this weekend in Abuja.

LIBI is offering professionals the opportunity to own land and homes in Abuja through a gradual payment scheme. The 300sqm plots, located in Shalom Villa Estate between Galadimawa and Lugbe, are available for purchase, with prices starting at N7.5 million. Buyers can opt to pay in full or spread payments over two years, with a 40% interest for installment plans.

The estate is strategically positioned under the Abuja Masterplan, with access via the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Expressway and close proximity to the Abuja Centenary City.

The estate is already home to 36 families, and further development will provide ample opportunities for both residential and rental properties.

Potential buyers are encouraged to visit the site, which will be open daily until the end of October, or contact the LIBI team for more details. Interested individuals can also explore payment options for constructing their homes, which can be completed up to the DPC stage at a total cost of N15 million.
