Onah, 40, was charged alongside Bode Thomas, 56, an engineer. Both are facing a four-count charge of conspiracy, malicious damage, forcible entry and threat of violence. The defendants were docked before Magistrate Folashade Botoku. The prosecutor, Inspector Haruna Ibrahim, told the court that the defendants and others still at large, conspired among themselves to commit the offences. However, the duo denied the charges. Magistrate Botoku granted them N200,000 bail each, with one surety each in like sum and adjourned till September 12 for mention.
