Banigo Esq of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Port Harcourt Branch, on Thursday visited the FCDA-allocated estate under the Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme, applauding the initiative for providing affordable housing and a credible investment platform for legal professionals.

The estate, designed to make property ownership in Abuja accessible to lawyers, has attracted distinguished allottees including Sir Babatunde Ogala SAN, OFR; Chief Niyi Akintola SAN; Dr Monday Ubani SAN; Mr Marxwell Ikhongbe Esq; Sir Ebun Adegboruwa SAN; Lady Azuka Azinge Esq; Mrs Ezinwa Okoroafor Esq; Mr Nnamdi Ikpeze Esq; Prof Yemi Oke SAN; Sir Chuks Adiukwu SAN; Mr Theophilus Odaudu Esq; Mr Chisom Ohuaka Esq; Dr Maxwell Boniface Mba; Femi Falana SAN & Co; Sir Folabi Kuti SAN; Femi Olujimmi SAN; M.S Abdulahi SAN, among others.
Chief Emeka Silas Agbara Esq, Senior Associate at M.I Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the NBA National Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, overseeing the scheme, urged interested participants to take advantage of the opportunity before the 15% price increment takes effect.
“Everyone deserves a piece of Nigeria’s seat of power,” Agbara said. “With flexible payment options spanning up to two years, lawyers can become landlords in Abuja with ease. Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) will soon be issued to all allottees.”
Participants can earn a 5% facilitator’s fee for referrals. Site inspections and further allocations will hold today, Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 8:00am to 10:00am and 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The temporary entrance is via Trademore/VON Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.
