In response to numerous pleas from the legal community, the Lawyers Mass-Housing Scheme has announced that it will maintain its current pricing structure until February 1st, 2025.

The decision comes as a relief to many lawyers who have been seeking affordable housing options in the nation’s capital.

The scheme, which has received approval from the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), is offering a limited number of plots at the old price across various plot sizes. Only ten plots in each size category will be available at the discounted rate.

Distinguished members of the legal profession, including Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN), professors, judges, and leaders, have already secured their plots within the housing project. Notable allottees include Dr. Monday Ubani SAN, Dr. Mrs. Ezinwa Okoroafor Esq of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Prof. Felicia Monye Esq, Mr. M.S Abdulahi SAN, Sir Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa SAN, and Sir Ejike Ezenwa SAN, among others.

The Lawyers Mass-Housing Scheme extends its invitation to all interested lawyers and professionals to visit the site on two upcoming dates. The first site visit is scheduled for tomorrow, December 5th, 2025, while the second will take place on Wednesday, December 8th, 2025. Both visits will run from 3 pm to 6 pm each day.

Interested individuals are advised to meet at the VON/Trademore Estate Junction on Airport Road, Abuja, which serves as the temporary entrance to the site. For further information or inquiries, interested parties can contact the scheme’s representatives at 08060266163, 07018282843, or 08067456723.
