Students of the Nigerian Law School from Kebbi State has appealed to the Governor of Kebbi State to release their scholarship, following the upcoming Bar Finals examination.

The call was made by students from the state asking the state Governor to help them do the needful.

One of the students who spoke to TNL, on an account of anonymity, noted that most of the students are from less privilege families, and cannot afford to see to it that they pull through.

“Most of the kebbi state student are from the less privilege family and they are finding it difficult to comprehend even in their studies, and this will be fatal to their exams,” it was lamented.

Another student who spoke to us said that most of them are from public universities where they use to cook for themselves, but in law school, cooking is prohibited.

“We have to buy food and the condition in Abuja as you know is exceptional — many of us cannot afford three square meal talk less of buying textbook. We are appealing to his excellency to come to our rescue, we are all his children,” (s) he said.
