Ondo State High Court has issued an exemption of payment of default fees for filing of processes for the period of the JUSUN strike.

This was contained in Practice Directions (NO.2) 2021, signed by the Chief Judge, Justice Olanrewaju Akeredolu.
The Chief Judge made this order pursuant to Section 274 of the 1999 constitution and Order 24 Rule 16 of the Ondo State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019.
TheNigerialawyer recalls that on 6th April, JUSUN embarked on a Nationwide Industrial action asking all members in various courts and states to shut down offices, departments.
