The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators has announced registration for its next Mediation Skills Accreditation and Certification Course scheduled to hold in Abuja.

The training, which is the entry course of the Institute, is open to professionals across all disciplines and vocations.

According to the Institute, the course will hold from August 31 to September 4, 2026, at the ICMC Mediation House, KM 9 Musa Yar’Adua Expressway, Lugbe, Abuja. The sessions will run daily from 9am to 5pm.

The course fee is ₦350,000.

The Institute said the training is designed to equip participants with mediation skills described as life skills for building and sustaining relationships.

It added that the programme will provide participants with practical, concrete and behaviourally specific techniques for managing conflicts and dealing more effectively with others.

The Institute noted that mediation will be presented as a user-friendly tool for everyday life, while also helping participants improve relationships, performance and productivity in their professional lives.

Upon successful completion of the training and induction into the Institute, participants will qualify to use the title “AICMC,” meaning Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
