The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators is pleased to announce to her esteemed members, and the general public, of her upcoming continuing professional development courses for this week.

The Institute conducted its first virtual Family Mediation Training course from the 9th of July, 2020, till the 10th of July, 2020, with over forty participants. The take home lesson, as described during the course, is that the strength of the family is determined by the way we treat the weakest member of the family. The training also witnessed participants sharing their personal experiences and how they have handled the difficult situations.

Participants described the training as insightful and impactful at a time when families are under attack, and we have an obligation to build strong families and preserve the fabric of our societies. In addition, the participants thanked the faculty and the entire ICMC team for a seamless and wonderful training.

It is also important to note that these Continuing Professional Development courses have been assigned CPD Units and will serve as upgrade courses for our members who intend to upgrade their membership status to a higher cadre.
