The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) is excited to announce its upcoming Direct Admission to Fellowship course, scheduled for August 26th – 29th, 2024 at the Westwood Hotel in Ikoyi, Lagos.

This prestigious four-day Advanced Mediation Skills Accreditation and Certification Course is the Institute’s highest level of professional recognition.

Successful completion of the course will lead to induction into the Institute as a Fellow, with the designation “FICMC” (Fellow, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators) and listing in the ICMC Directory of Fellows.

The course is open to a select group of individuals, including:

1. ICMC members who have maintained membership (MICMC) for at least five years
2. Serving and retired High Court Judges, Khadis, and Judges of Customary Courts of Appeal
3. Executive Directors and Heads of Public and Private Establishments/Enterprises
4. Serving Civil Servants on GL15 (Assistant Director) or above
5. Holders of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in any field
6. Holders of a Master’s Degree in any field, obtained at least 5 years prior to application
7. Holders of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, obtained at least fifteen years prior to application
8. Legal practitioners with a minimum of 15 years post-call practice experience

The course will run daily from 9am to 5pm. The fee for the program is ₦750,000 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira).
