The webinar boasts an impressive lineup of speakers, led by George Etomi, the pioneer chairman of the NBA Section on Business Law (SBL). Etomi, along with other distinguished experts, will share their wealth of experience and profound insights into the intricacies of the energy industry.
One of the key speakers, Mofesomo Tayo-Oyetibo, SAN, will discuss the vast opportunities available to legal practitioners due to the constitutional devolution of electric power, which allows sub-national governments to participate in the electric power value chain of generation, transmission, and distribution.
