The family of Dr. Abraham Afolayan is deeply saddened to announce the funeral arrangements for our beloved Dr. Abraham Afolayan, a distinguished criminal litigation lecturer at the Nigerian Law School in Abuja, and a respected lawyer. Dr. Afolayan passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 64.

Abraham, born on July 4, 1959, in Iyamoye, Nigeria, was a brilliant legal mind known for his unwavering commitment to justice, integrity, and remarkable legal expertise.

The funeral services to celebrate his life will be held as follows:

Thursday, November 23, 2023:
– Valedictory Session at Abuja Law School Campus, 10am
– Wake Keep at Block 10, Junior Navy Quarters, Kubwa, Abuja, 4pm

Friday, November 24, 2023:
– Corpse departs Garki Hospital, Abuja to Iyamoye, Kogi State, 6am
– Lying-in-State at Residence in Iyamoye

Saturday, November 25, 2023:
– Funeral Service at First Baptist Church, Iyamoye, 10am
– Burial at residence in Iyamoye
– Reception at First Baptist Church field, Iyamoye

Abraham will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
