The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has constituted panels to entertain appeals that may arise from elections of the Association’s Branches scheduled to hold this June, 2020.

This was disclosed in a Notice signed by the Assistant National Publicity Secretary of NBA, Akorede Habeeb Lawal, Esq and made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL)

The NBA President, Paul Usoro, SAN on the 5th day of June, 2020 constituted Appeals Panels to determine appeals arising from electoral processes of Branches in the three zones of the NBA.

Attached herewith is the statement of the General Secretary of the NBA detailing the names and email addresses of members of the Appeals Panels.

All sent appeals should be copied to the NBA President at paul.usoro@nigerianbar.org.ng; the General Secretary at taidi.jonathan@nigerianbar.org.ng and the Legal Adviser at nnamdi.innocent@nigerianbar.org.ng.
