FORFEITURE OF SPOILS TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT
In Nigeria, all moneys, cars, houses and all other assets belonging to a person convicted of Armed robbery shall be forfeited to the government of the State where the property is found.
See Section 7 of the Robbery and Fire Arms Act.
