*C of O Process Commences for First Batch

The Lawyers In Business Institute (LiBI) has announced the completion of land plots allocated to Femi Falana, SAN, and other top legal practitioners under its Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme, with the sites now fully prepared for construction into staff quarters and homes.

According to a statement by Emeka Silas Agbara, Esq., Secretary of the NBA (National) Legal Entrepreneurship Committee and Administrator of the Lawyers In Business Institute, names of allottees are now being collated for the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory.

“Allottees yet to pay in full are encouraged to complete their payments promptly to join the first batch for C of O submission,” the statement reads.

Inspection & Allocation Dates Announced

Prospective buyers and current allottees are invited to visit the site for inspection and further allocations during the following sessions:

  • Saturday, 7th June 2025: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Sunday, 8th June 2025: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Daily (till 30th June 2025): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Meeting Point/Temporary Entrance: VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.
