Sir Ejike Ezenwa, SAN, has toured the Lawyers In Business Institute Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme Estate, where he commended the promoters for creating what was described as a credible platform for investment, affordable housing and wealth-building opportunities.

The visit formed part of ongoing engagements by L.I.B.I to deepen participation in its mass-housing and land-banking initiative, which is targeted at lawyers and other professionals seeking affordable housing, real estate investment and income diversification.

According to the Administrator of L.I.B.I, Silas E. Agbara, Esq., the Institute’s latest letter to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory requesting the construction of the road opening up the estate to Abuja City Centre was duly received after positive engagements.

He expressed appreciation to some senior members of the profession, including Sir Babatunde Ogala, SAN, judges and other distinguished Senior Advocates of Nigeria, whom he described as pillars supporting the project and ongoing efforts to secure better access to the estate.

Agbara also invited lawyers and other interested professionals to visit the L.I.B.I exhibition booth at the 2026 Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference scheduled to hold in Port Harcourt from August 21 to 28, 2026.

He said participants at the exhibition will have access to opportunities to acquire plots, build flats for rental income, invest in treasury bills and money market instruments, start personal pension plans, participate in car swap and flip opportunities, and explore mortgage options.

According to him, non-lawyers and other professionals are also eligible to participate in the scheme as part of efforts to promote financial freedom and income diversification.

He added that facilitators can earn a minimum of ₦1.1 million for successful referrals.

Agbara disclosed that the Board has approved special AGC 2026 promo prices for the scheme, adding that prices will increase by 10 per cent after the NBA Annual General Conference.

Under the promo, a 300sqm plot built to damp proof course is available for ₦24.5 million, instead of ₦29.4 million after the AGC. A 450sqm plot is available for ₦31.7 million, instead of ₦34.87 million after the conference, while a 600sqm plot is available for ₦36.5 million, instead of ₦40.15 million after the AGC.

Interested persons were invited to join or send representatives in Abuja for inspection and further allocations on August 7, 8 and 9, 2026, between 5pm and 7pm.

For enquiries, interested persons may call or chat 08060266163 or 08050489622.

The L.I.B.I office is located at Suite A8, Kenuj O2 Mall, behind Games Village, Abuja, or 5A CGH, Games Village, Abuja.

Agbara, who is Senior Associate at M.I. Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, said the initiative is designed to help professionals build wealth through structured real estate and investment opportunities.
