The International Law Association, Nigerian Branch, and the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies have extended the early bird registration deadline for the 4th edition of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Law and Diplomacy course to June 20, 2026.

The course, which will focus on International Finance and Sustainable Development, is scheduled to hold from July 20 to 24, 2026, at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Supreme Court of Nigeria Complex, Three Arms Zone, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The organisers said the extension offers prospective participants another opportunity to register at a discounted rate before the new deadline.

According to the organisers, the programme is designed to bring together leading practitioners, diplomats, in-house counsel, policymakers and industry experts from across Africa and beyond to engage with key issues shaping the practice and future of international law and diplomacy.

Now in its fourth edition, the course is organised by the International Law Association, Nigerian Branch, in partnership with NIALS, in conjunction with the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

The programme will commence daily at 9:00 a.m.

The organisers said certificates will be awarded to participants at the end of the course, while successful participants will also earn one NBA-ICLE Continuing Professional Development point.

The course fees for non-ILA members are N200,000 for early bird registration, N300,000 for regular registration, N150,000 for virtual participation and N400,000 for on-site participation.

For ILA members, the early bird rate is N150,000, regular registration is N200,000, while virtual participation is N100,000.
