Nigerian singer Duncan Mighty has been released by the Imo State Nigeria Police Force.

According to a statement by the Imo State Nigeria Police PRO confirmed the singer was released on bail and is scheduled to report back on an unspecified date next week.

However, terms of the release and results of the investigation on the fraud allegation are yet unknown as the police is yet to make an official statement.

The singer who was rumored to have been abducted by unknown gunmen in Owerri, the Capital city of Imo State, but that news was later found to be untrue as the Police declared it arrested the singer following an N11m fraud allegation by Imo State born artiste M2.
