DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT OWNER’S CONSENT
In Nigeria, it is an offence to drive a motor vehicle without the express or implied authority of the owner on a Federal Highway.
PENALTY
(1) Imprisonment for
six months or
(2) Fine of N100 or to both such fine and imprisonment.
