Desmond Yamah has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Afam Osigwe, SAN, as he assumes office as the 32nd President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Yamah expressed confidence that the NBA will greatly benefit from Osigwe’s transformational and exemplary leadership skills, describing him as a “man of action.”

In a statement released by his office, Yamah said, “Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, is a distinguished legal luminary who has made significant contributions to the legal profession in Nigeria. His assumption of office as the 32nd President of the NBA is a testament to his dedication, hard work, and exceptional leadership qualities. I am confident that under his leadership, the NBA will reach new heights and achieve great success.”

Yamah also congratulated other members of the NBA Executive Committee, noting that they have all made great achievements in their respective careers. He charged them to work as a team to achieve even greater success during their tenure.

“I want to congratulate all the members of the new NBA Executive Committee. They are all highly respected legal professionals who have made significant contributions to the legal profession in Nigeria. I urge them to work together as a team to achieve the goals and objectives of the NBA and take the association to greater heights,” Yamah added.
