Onnoghen to all heads of courts Speaking at the inauguration, Honourable Justice Marshal Umukoro, pointed out that the responsibility of the committee includes to monitor and check laxity, truancy, indiscipline, unscrupulous staff and report unwholesome practices to the office of the Chief Judge every three weeks. “Litigants, Legal Practitioners, the public, including staff of the various courts are advised to lodge complaints of observed indiscipline of whatever form and unwholesome practices to the Public Complaints and Public Information Desk in the office of the Honourable Chief Judge through the following contact: Desk Officer: Agbaragu Timothy Jonah Esq. GSM number: 0810 809 4202 and 08182060772 Email: highcourtdeltastate@yahoo.com. “Stakeholders and the general public are assured that complaints shall be attended to within 48 hours. “The attention of the Chief Registrar of the High Court Asaba should be drawn to any compliant not treated within 48 hours and the Registrar shall bring same to the attention of the Honourable Chief Judge. “Legal Practitioners, Litigants, members of Delta State Judiciary and the public are enjoined to take full advantage of this platform.” The committee is made up of; 1. Sir S. O. Odigie (Hon. Commissioner, Judicial Service Commission) – Chairman 2. Mohammed O. Yamah (Hon.Commissioner, Judicial Service Commission) –Member 3. Hon. Joe L. Ekpenkhio (Hon.
