The Court of Appeal has approved the posting of new Justices to various Divisions of the Court of Appeal.

This is contained in a circular made available to TheNigeriaLawyer signed by the President of the Court, Hon. Justice M. B. Dongban-Mensem dated 2md of July, 2021.

Hon. Justice Mohammed Danjuma was posted to Sokoto while Hon. Justices Muhammad Ibrahim Sirajo and Adebukola I. Banjoko were posted to Lagos Division. Hon. Justice Ibrahim Wakili Jauro was posted to Owerri.

Hon. Justice Yusuf A. Bashir was posted to Akure while Hon. Justice Bola Samuel Ademola was posted to Calabar. Two other Justices – Olabode Adegbehingbe and Muhammed L. Abubakar were posted to Port Harcourt.

Furthermore, Hon. Justice Olasunbo Goodluck was posted to Jos. Hon. Justice Sybil Onyeji Gbagi was posted to Enugu. Three Justices – Danlami Zama Senchi, Bature Isah Gafai and Kenneth Ikechukwu Amadi were posted to Abuja. Hon. Justice Peter Affen to Kaduna.

Lastly, the remaining two Justices, Abba B. Mohammed and Abdulazeez Waziri were posted to Ibadan.

Recall that the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, on Monday 28th June 2021 sworn in the Justices.
