Chief Callistus Nwabueze Obi, a respected member of the UNEC Law Class of 1989, has been announced among the latest allottees in the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme in Abuja.

In a gesture to honour the late elder sister of the scheme’s administrator, Mrs. Appolonia Chidera Eze (née Agbara), the management has extended the deadline for the special Ramadan/Easter housing offer until May 31, 2025. The extension offers legal professionals and subscribers an opportunity to benefit from a 15% discount on plots and flexible payment terms.

As part of the ongoing promotion, the first ten subscribers in May will be allowed to secure plots with only 30% deposit (as opposed to the standard 50%), with the balance spread conveniently over two years.

The Lawyers in Business initiative continues to gain traction among members of the legal profession seeking credible land ownership and estate development. Located beneath the scenic Galadimawa Hills in Abuja, the estate boasts FCDA allocation, approved building plans, and a dedicated police post, ensuring a secure and legally sound investment.

The Federal Capital Territory Minister is also set to commence the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy to allottees in the Abuja Mass-Housing segment — a significant milestone in property documentation and ownership.

Additional benefits include a 5% facilitator’s fee for every successful referral, encouraging network-driven participation within the legal and professional community.

Site inspections and further allocations will take place on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day. The temporary meeting point is at the VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

In a statement, Silas E. Agbara, Esq., Administrator of the Lawyers in Business Institute and Senior Associate at M.I. Dikko SAN & Associates, expressed gratitude to the legal community for its support and encouraged more lawyers to key into the initiative.

“May the soul of Mrs. Appolonia Eze rest in peace, and may the living find grace to embrace every opportunity that life presents,” he said.
