Corporate Affairs Commission has asked members of the public to ignore the report making the rounds on social media that there is going to be a hike in the registration fees.
The commission made this disclose on Friday via its twitter handle, noting that the said report is fake.
The statement partly reads: “This is not from the Corporate Affairs Commission, it is absolutely FAKE! Please ignore it.
TheNigerialawyer, recalls that a particular picture with the Logo of CAC has been generating controversy over the purported increase in the registration price.
The statement on the image read:
“This is to inform our dear intending customer that from Oct 1st, all our registration prices will increase. CAC, NAFDAC, TRADEMARK, SCUML, and other LICENCES.”
