The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) is set to host a two-day course on “Mediating Workplace Conflicts” from September 11th to 12th, 2024.

The course, which offers 18 CPD units, will be held via Zoom and is designed for employers, employees, managers, and professionals in leadership positions.

Conflicts in the workplace are inevitable due to the diverse opinions, beliefs, and personalities of employees. Managing workplace conflicts is crucial for maintaining a healthy work environment that encourages employees to be effective and diligent.

The course will cover topics such as the causes of workplace conflicts, types of workplace disputes, and the skills managers need to resolve disputes and prevent conflicts from escalating. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to navigate and resolve conflicts in their organizations.

The course fee is N70,000 for ICMC members and N90,000 for non-members. Interested individuals can register or make inquiries by contacting ICMC via phone at +234 810 320 9095 or +234 806 629 2907, or by email at icmccpd@gmail.com or info@icmcng.org.
